ProfileMD does not guarantee appointment availability, physician availability, clinic response times, acceptance of new patients, referrals, prescription renewals, or clinical outcomes.
ProfileMD does not solicit, host, or publish patient reviews, star ratings, physician rankings, testimonials, popularity scores, or quality endorsement claims. We are a factual directory service, not a patient feedback portal.
ProfileMD verification means factual profile review and public-source consistency checks. It does not constitute an endorsement, clinical quality assessment, competency ranking, recommendation, or certification of any practitioner.
Secure buttons or clinic links may direct users to clinic-owned systems outside ProfileMD. ProfileMD does not own, control, review, or store patient submissions sent through clinic-owned secure systems unless explicitly contracted and documented.
Secure workflows and external links are active only after explicit clinic approval, configuration, routing, staff ownership, review process, safety wording, and testing. ProfileMD is not responsible for link behavior or EMR updates.
Third-party tools such as OceanMD, Hushmail, TELUS, PS Suite, booking portals, EMRs, or secure messaging systems remain clinic-owned or third-party systems. Subscriptions, licensing, and usage terms are governed by those vendors and are the sole responsibility of the clinic.

Users must not misuse ProfileMD for harassment, false submissions, impersonation, attempts to access non-public systems, or submission of patient medical information through public channels.
ProfileMD site design, page structure, written content, branding, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights unless otherwise stated.
