ProfileMD public pages are for professional information only and do not collect patient medical information.
2. No patient medical information collected
ProfileMD public pages do not collect patient medical information. Users should not submit personal health information (PHI), health card numbers, symptoms, diagnoses, medications, test results, referrals, prescriptions, appointment requests, urgent medical concerns, or emergency information through public ProfileMD forms, general emails, or contact pages.
3. Professional inquiry boundaries
Onboarding and listing inquiry forms are strictly for physicians, clinics, and authorized clinic representatives. Any business details collected (name, organization, professional email, phone number) are used solely to establish physician profile services.
4. Clinic-owned secure systems
Secure clinical workflows, if linked via secure buttons, redirect users to clinic-approved systems outside ProfileMD. ProfileMD does not receive, review, store, or manage patient submissions sent through clinic-owned secure systems unless explicitly contracted and documented.

6. Profile corrections and support
Physicians, clinics, and representatives requesting factual updates or profile removals should contact support@profilemd.health.
7. Aggregate page analytics
We may collect aggregate page-view and click counts to understand which listings are useful. These analytics do not store patient-submitted health information, form details, user accounts, or profile-specific medical details.
