Privacy-conscious analytics
ProfileMD may collect aggregate page-view and click counts to understand which profiles, resources, and physician-listing pages are useful. These analytics do not store patient-submitted health information, form details, user accounts, or profile-specific medical details.
Business inquiry information
ProfileMD contact and practice-inquiry forms may collect business details such as name, role, clinic or organization, email address, phone number, public profile URL, and non-clinical notes supplied by the sender.
Purpose and limited use
Business inquiry information is used to respond to physician, clinic, correction, partnership, privacy, legal, billing, and general business requests. It should not be used for patient care, diagnosis, treatment, triage, prescriptions, or appointment management.
Retention and service providers
ProfileMD keeps business inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed for the request, operational follow-up, legal/accounting needs, or safety review. Website hosting, form handling, email, and analytics providers may process this information for ProfileMD under their service terms.
